Since 2003, Michele has been practicing massage therapy. As a graduate of East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, she committed over 500 hours of hands-on practice plus science and pathology education to earn her license. She established her current practice with Dr. John T. Checkal to heal body, mind, and spirit.

Michele works with clients of all ages, from 3 to 95. She believes that it's never too late to benefit from being touched by massage.

She has received honors for her work with all people and routinely works with the elderly giving massages at retirement centers.
